Mohammed is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in telecommunications and technology infrastructure development. His career began with global industry leaders AT&T and Lucent Technologies, where he acquired deep expertise in telecom networks, infrastructure design, and project execution.
As CEO of Modern Alliance Group and High-Speed Network Solutions, he led enterprises that actively invested in and delivered advanced solutions in information technology and environmental technologies. Both companies are committed to supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 through technology-driven initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Dr. Bahattab is an accomplished computer scientist, inventor, and technology leader with more than 33 years of contributions across information technologies, network innovations, e-learning, intellectual property, and vocational training. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science (Computer Networks) from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), USA, and his work spans high-speed data transmission, routing protocols, security architectures, and applied R&D.
Dr. Bahattab is the Co-founder and has served as Head of Technology at High Speed Networks Solutions (HSNS), transforming cutting-edge inventions into market-ready products and guiding technology roadmaps from concept to commercialization. His leadership roles include Dean of the College of Telecom and Electronics, IT Center Director, Chief Editor of the Saudi Journal of Technical and Vocational Training, and consultant to government and education sectors.
A recognized thought leader, he has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences on advanced networking, wireless communications, secure data aggregation, and performance optimization.
